Question regarding company info

Hi im involved in a new start up which will be live in a few weeks.

We have currently outsourced our web development and need to find out if the following info below is correct. These will be option boxes.

This is for company info sign up form to find out what the user is trading as.

Would the following relate to Ireland.

Sole Trader/Independant
Partnership
Limited Liability Partnership (Company name, Vat Number, Managing Director Ownership info)
Limited Company
Public Limited Company
Other legal form

Does all of these options relate to Ireland?

They all relate to Ireland but you should ask yourself the question as to how many are likely to be required? Why do you need the information? For example why would you need to distinguish between a private or public limited company? or does it make a difference as to whether the respondent comes from a sole trader or a partnership.

They will be service providers, there will be an option for them to be vetted(this will be of benefit to their ratings and credability on the site) so we need to know what they trade as. Also it will be displayed on their profile if they are a company or soletrader etc.

I was wondering if the above was too many options as some are quite similiar.
