    Hi all,

Just wondering if its better to purchase Nuts, Seeds & supplements here in a health shop in Ireland or order it on the internet?

Also, If you do order these items online, what website do you use?

    Thanks

Personally I love the bags of fruit/nuts & seeds from Superquinn. It has 3 different types of nuts, seeds & dried fruit.

Supplements wise, a good site is www.evergreen.ie. I use them for Spirutein protein powder as so difficult to get the stuff anywhere else in Ireland

Holland & Barett stores usually have an aisle dedicated to nuts and seeds . Usually at a good price and often on sale offers .

Check out the baking section of Dunnes and Tesco too. They often have unsalted nuts for half the price of the ones in the nut aisle.

I like to see and smell my nuts before I pay money.
