Hi all im in the middle of exercising and looking at my food intake for the last few weeks, I am going to lose 3 stone for health reasons, so my first question is my breakfast have a look at these and do you think of these choices of breakfast

1 Scrambled egg with wholewheat brown bread [ McCambridges]
    cup of tea

2 Porridge with splenda sweetner [1 spoon] cup of tea

3 Museli with low fat milk cup of tea

And once a week grilled bacon and sausage [ this is my treat]

Basically what im asking is the above a good mix of choices and are they healthy.

Generally good. I'd try to add a bit more protein to the porridge and muesli, that's all.
