Hi Guys

Not sure if this is the right place please direct me to more appropriate forum if it is not.

I have just been informed that i have been placed on the reserve list for an eu traineeship. The email made it sound like this was a good thing. However i obviously haven't been selected for the real thing.

Does anyone know what it means to be on the reserve list. Is every applicant who meets the requirements on this list? Or do i have a realistic chance of starting the traineeship in sept.
