advice on buying 1st racer

hi people i am upgrading from my liteweight mtb to a racer (have been doing between 60 to 300 km per week on previous bike with slick tyres) went to local bike shop he recommended kellys arc 1.9 bike any advice please i only took up cycling 9mts ago and am loving it,have budget of €800
