Is there a word for a diet which excludes mammals?
Semi vegetarianism? I'm not sure that's correct, because I think that means not eating red meat, but pork is usually considered white meat, i think, and duck is sometimes considered red.

    Read the above stickies.

    The vegetatian Society (UK) states
We define a vegetarian as someone living on a diet of grains, pulses, nuts, seeds, vegetables and fruits, with or without the use of dairy products and eggs. A vegetarian does not eat any meat, poultry, game, fish, shellfish or crustacea, or slaughter by-products.

If you have questions about other diets, please see the Nutrition and Diet Forum.
