Fancy steelplate light switches

Hey all, got a couple of those nice steel light switches for the house the other day, and was thinking about fitting them this evening until it occurred to me that they're nice and metal and conductive, rather unlike the standard insulating plastic switches.

Do I need to worry about being electrocuted by them? Should they be earthed? I've checked one of the wall boxes and there's an earth there alright, but it's quite heavy duty cable, and doesn't look like it'd be very easy to twist into the switch anywhere. There is an earth point on the switch, so I'm pretty confident the answer is yes, I'm just looking to check and see if anyone else has done it!

Yep - they need earthing but if the wiring in your house is old you may have no earth present at the switch. That said, all the connections in the switch are housed in non conductive material.
