fighters of all time, the acclaimed ‘An Evening With Ricky Hatton' show is a hilarious glimpse into the life and career of the man affectionately known as The Hitman.

Back on the road for the first time since a sell out tour last summer, the show has already rave reviews from the national press as Hatton regales his audience with his hugely entertaining blend of humour and tales of the tape from a career that has brought him fame, fortune and two world championship titles.

Hosted by close friend Terry Baker, the show will also feature a fascinating guest appearance from the one and only Frank Bruno, who will be on hand to answer questions from the audience.

One the best British fighters ever, Hatton is universally regarded as one of the best pound-for-pound boxers in the world today and his all-action style and crushing body shots has earned him a huge fan base in his native Manchester and far beyond.

The Mancunian's greatest victory to date came against Kostya Tszyu when the two fighters met to contest the IBF light welterweight crown in 2005. Tszyu was the defending champion and hot favourite but a sensational performance from Hatton saw The Hitman dethrone the Australian to confirm his status as boxing royalty.

"I am really excited about being back on the road and getting the chance to meet people again," Hatton said. "The fans have played a huge role in my career and it's a great opportunity to meet some of them in more intimate surroundings than a big fight in Vegas or the City of Manchester Stadium.

"I did a few shows last year and I was surprised how much I enjoyed them and how well they went down. I'm a boxer not an entertainer but the reaction was superb and it's given me the confidence to do it all over again.

"Having Frank Bruno on the bill as well is brilliant. Frank's an incredibly funny guy but he also knows his boxing and the audiences can't wait to get their questions in. Put it all together and you've got a good night out."

Bruno needs little more introductions and at the height of his powers he was the most popular sportsmen in the country and to this day the former world heavyweight champion remains a national icon.

So don't miss out on tickets for this rare opportunity to see two of boxing's favourite sons in the flesh

    I was at it.

I thought it was a excelent night. Bruno did sort of an interview with the MC and then took questions from the audience. Hatton did not take questions and just spoke about his career to date in a comedy way. His was very entertaining. Was well worth going to

Yeah i was there too, it was great craic-just like when you see him on tele, the same jokes an all but he does them like a pro!

Bruno was looking weell and seemed happy, answered the questions well and seems in a good place.

Hatton went through his whole carreer making jokes along the way and giving some funny insights into his fights and the goings on, he said Liam gallagher walked over to malinaggi and said something about the belt that was funny!

He also said he did not know wheter he would box again and would decide if he wakes up 1 morning wanting to box then he will, he also said he would love to be like Roberto Duran, fighting style and go down in history as a warrior regardless of losses due to fighting the best..

Enjoyable night, only down side was there was about 3 dickheads in the audience sitting seperatly shouting up stupid things every now and again who got on most peoples nerves.

Rush Boxing club and Rush Martial Arts head coach.

one of the knobs who was shouting was told to keep it down by a person beside me and started a row with them. A bouncer had to sit beside him for the rest of the show to keep him in line. What a d***head.

Great show though, hatton will prob end up as a stand up I reckon

'twas funny when Hatton was talking about man utd and Ronaldo ,
Hatton : " what a twat he is ! .... he spends more time on his arse than he does on his feet !"
Crowd heckler : "A bit like yourself Ricky !!"

but there was a guy in front of me standing up shouting "we love you Ricky , we love you" .... everybody screaming sit down at him .

yep a good night , Bruno was a bit nervous at first , but i think he ended up enjoying the nights work , he got great reception from the crowd !

Then Hatton didnt know who Katie Taylor was and got a round of boo's from the crowd .....lol

A friend of mine did. He got a nice photo with the two lads (seperate) but they wouldn't sign anything for him. (100 euro in the foyet after for signed gear)
