    Hi,
Moving to belfast over the next few weeks to start a new job and was hoping someone might be able to provide me with info on any training groups in and around the Belfast City area.

I use to do alot of running (sub 15.30 for 5k a few years ago) but im not in any where near that kind of shape at the minute. So im thinking that with the move to Belfast it might be a good opportunity to start upping the miles and get back into some kind of shape.

im not looking to join a new club, my home club have been very supportive in the past

any info would be appreciated, thanks

Are you wanting to stick to roads or a mix of roads and track?

Id like to stay on the roads, just looking to build up the miles and enjoy start enjoying the training with a group, when i do get some form bac id have a look at what type of races id like to get involved in.

ideally id like a group with a range of abilities that would be good craic to meet up with a few times a week for a jog
