Hi i can't find and answer to this anywhere.

I bought some car parts From the Usa and they have now developed a fault. I've been in touch with the supplier and they agree to send me out replacement new parts. Will I have to pay duty on these again, seems abit unfair. Would I have a good case to appeal on if I did have to pay. The parts are around $500 worth.

    Thanks

So long as you haven't paid for them again you wouldn't have to pay duty. I'd just ask the supplier to note that on the customs slip or else call customs & excise and explain it to them.
