I have been running since the start of May and started off doing 8-10k runs every 2nd day very slowly and stopping when my body told me to. Im up to 15k now and for the first time for some reason my legs are unusually sore after today's run? I wasnt running hard and I never get out of breath either?

did your run include hills? could account for it

Ive been doing the 15k route since mid June, there is one steady incline which I cover twice, some downhill and some flat. I never run on grass either (I know your supposed to but I just find it very unstable)
