Need some advice on how best to break the news to my ex- that my new girlfriend is pregnant.
Why tell the ex? Well, we still jointly own the house we bought together, she's living there since we split (a year ago) but we can't sell so there is still contact and as we share many mutual friends I would prefer that she hears it from me rather than someone else out of respect and so things are a little less difficult between us regarding the house.

Just tell her straight. Nothing else you can do. Call around to the house mid-week and say it.
