Tai Chi Navan

    Hi,
    Anyone any experiences of the Tai Chi place in Navan, Just moved to the town and would like to take this up. Am 32 and just looking to do something non contact as am prob too old to take up Judo or that as a beginner. :D

    No advise for tai chi but your certainly not too old to take up Judo, adults in there 60's still do judo and im sure older too.

    your only a nipper at 32..

    Cheers, reason i wanted to start Tai Chi is that i am not quite fit and a bit eh..hmm..."round"...have gained some weight due to lay off with injury and no time to get to gym lately...wouldbe a bit self conscious as the gasping wheezing guy at the back of Judo/MA class!!

    Well you wont get fit doing Tai chi, but you will doing Judo, nobody will expect you to do anything your not able for and you'll get better and fitter week by week..
