i really enjoyed sunday nights munster hurling special,too young for ring/
mackey/doyle era but stuff of legends,
was reared on era of jbm,fenton,tim crowley,etc,
huge respect for likes of pat fox ,english ,the bonnars,
ciaran carey,gary kirby,ken mcgrath,tony browne,
one of my fav moments was day cork beat waterford in 82 ,ray cummins had goal at mercy but tapped over bar,though some in waterford felt
it was patronising i feel it was sporting,enjoyed kevin hennessy last night

The bit where the lads asked if Loughnane was being giving a job in Limerick becos of all the praise he had for their 90s team was quite funny! Also Tomás Mulcahy refusing to apologise for that ''goal'' he scored against Limerick in the '92 Munster final, the one where he lost the hurley, threw it ball up in the air while taking about 20 steps with it before kicking it to the net! I'd say he gets fair stick from Limerick folk in particular over that score. But he's right not to not condone it, i wouldn't either if i could get away with something as crazy as that
