Hi all, Just moved into a new place and the landlord left behind a UPC box capable of recording. Hi all,

Just moved into a new place and the landlord left behind a UPC box capable of recording. The guys from NTL/UPC arrived on Saturday morning and gave me a standard box without the ability to record. I forgot all about explaining that I wanted to setup the other box. The card I got seems to be locked to the smaller non-recorder and won't work in the other one. Will I need to pay extra if I want to hook the other recorder up in place of the other one? Thanks for any help.
