    Hi,
I'm looking at buying this bike to, but not 100% sure yet.

    The spec is as follows:

FRAME- AluxX SL aluminium, Fluid Formed, Compact Road Design

    FORK- CrMo, 1 1/4" - 1 1/8" steerer

    HANDLEBAR- 6061 Aluminium flatbar

    STEM- 6061 Forged Aluminium

    SEAT POST- 6061 Aluminium

    SADDLE- Giant

    PEDALS- Wellgo road

SHIFTERS- Shimano R225 EZ Fire 24 speed

    FRONT MECH- Shimano 440

    REAR MECH- Shimano 2200

    BRAKES- Tektro R310 Dual pivot

    BRAKE LEVER- Shimano

    CASSETTE- SRAM PG850 12-26

    CHAIN- KMC Z72

    CRANKS- FSA Vero 30/42/52

    BOTTOM BRACKET- FSA cartridge

    RIMS- Amigo CR-06 aluminium 700c

    HUBS- Formula RB31/32

    SPOKES - Stainless steel

Another option for me would be the CRS2.5 FS

FRAME - ALUXX aluminium, Fluid Formed
FORK - Suntour NEX 4610 63mm travel and lockout
    HANDLEBAR - Aluminium riser
    STEM - Adjustable ahead
    SEAT POST - Aluminium
    SADDLE - GIANT Memory Foam
PEDALS - Steel with resin body
SHIFTERS - Shimano Alivio 24 speed Rapidfire Plus
    FRONT MECH - Shimano C051
    REAR MECH - Shimano Deore
    BRAKES - Tektro linear pull
    BRAKE LEVER - Tektro
    CASSETTE - SRAM PG830 11-28
    CHAIN - KMC Z7
    CRANKS - TruVativ ISOFlow 3.0 28/38/48
    BOTTOM BRACKET - Cartridge
    RIMS - Alex G6000 700c
    HUBS - Shimano RM40
    SPOKES - Stainless steel
    TYRES - Maxxis Overdrive 700x35mm

    Both similarly priced....

since you have lockout on the 2.5FS fork it's a better buy if they are both the same price. It's slightly better spec'd. You don't really need the suspension fork though.

Either bike is pretty good for commuting or fitness cycles as a starter bike. Can't go far wrong with either.
