    HI

    I hope this is in the right area. I have a toshiba laptop connected to eircom broadband. My computer did an automatic update the other day and now it just switches itsself off whenever it feels like it, but now tonight it refuses to connect to certain sites, ie gmail, facebook, rte, but it will conect to others, ie this one. When i try say gmail it says internet connection down, but if i try google.ie it will go to this site, (With the search bit on it) but if i try the GMail link at the top it just says, internet conection failure and when i run the diagnostic check it says there is no problem...

    Has anyone any ideas
