place dvd in drive exit any players that open go to my computer-disc drive-right click slect explore look for video ts folder, this can be dragged and dropped this will only work for non copyrigh protected dvd`s also you will get all the video on the dvd onto hd

Thanks so far, did all of that but it will not let me click and drag saying that ERROR "E:\Video_TS is a folder"
I opened the folder and tried dragging all of it contents, and no go there either.
The software package is NTI CD&DVD-Maker that i'm trying to use to burn.
What Am I doing wrong?!?! lol

are you using windows to drag and drop to you hard drive?just hade a quick at that nti thing you are using it looks to me that it is not able to work with ts files you might have to convert to a format that the software is able to use mpeg 1 0r 2 avi ect

Use DVD shrink or DVD fab decrypter if its protected these can decode it and copy to your hard drive, if dvd shrink doesn't work use the fab decrypter, as dvd shrink is not able to do some of the copy protections

i know windows can copy cds but i dont think they can copy dvds

    Try using imgburn(which is free)

You have 2 ways of copying it on imgburn
    1) Set it to copy dvd then choose the source drive and the the drive to be copyied to be the same

    or

    2) Make an image from the disc. Then Make a disc from the image
