    Thats odd...

What does the Estate Agent say to you when you ask for it to be removed??

Why not write and threaten him with a suit for slander of title? Likewise with Daft.

My advice would be to put your grievance with them in writing and request that they remove the ad immediately. That this house is now private property and in your name and it has no longer any connection with this estate agency and that if they refuse to do so you will be seeking the advice of a solicitor.........scare them in other words ;)

Stand there and make them do it there and then.

Takes 1 minute to log on and delete a property from the agents page.

God most agents would be happy to get SALE AGREED on a sale on daft...
