Accident and general insurance

Im booking travel insurance and found Accident and general insurance got a quote of roughly 350 euro for 14 months travel insurance. It seems to cover every thing. After searching old post i see a few of ye have policys with them, im just wondering if anyone claimed of them and what happened when you did?
