We're heading down to Killarney soon and am looking for animal type things to do down in Kerry! Does anyone know if there's any good sanctuaries or falconry places anywhere? Thanks a million!

there is an animal/bird sanctuary kinda place off the cork road. Its very family orientated. They have a large number of birds, hawks, eagles, ducks, parrots etc and a number of smaller mamals - lemurs etc.

My relations really enjoyed. Not sure what its official title but its coolwood something or other - should come up on goggle and there are leaflets around town for it. There is also Kennedys pet zoo on the cork road but I havent been there.
