North County Dublin Spin Tonight 6.30pm

Prob leave malahide at about 6 or quarter past, up the swords road and out into the country side (either via st. margarets or the back of swords). basically making my way to the naul and back.

looking at doing 55 to 60km over 2 hours ish @ 25 -28kmph. if anyone is interested would love some company.

yeah still have it. giving the hills a miss is grand with me. im in malahide now following a move so can either spin down and meet you in balrothery (would be quarter to 7 by time i get down) or we can meet half way. all depends on what route you wanna take after? either is fine with me

last nite was a complete sufferfest, 48k of rain cold more rain hills more hills and no power. the 75k was in my legs from sat and my average speed was low for first 15k so just decided to do some hills. went up the hollywood lakes hill over the other side, then turned around back up that side down. then turned around again and up the long hill again then up teh hill to the 5 roads and lashed down the other side.

by the time i got home i was soaked through, my soaks were brown and my feet wet and freezing. moral of the story = i need wet gear. glad i forced myself to do it, hope nites like this stand to me.

ha ha about a month ago i would of relished it and said lovely, now my achilles will just snap! i ll do as much of it as i can with you tho if you want. are you marshalling at swords 2moro? prob going to spin up and watch

yeah marshalling -- which sucks but hey I'm training hard at the mo so I don't mind missing out. We shouldn't discuss running here we'll get told off b the euro police.
