Ok I have a bit of an embarassing problem...

I get UTI's frequently and this instance, the doc decided to put me on a course of antiobiotics for a month. I stopped taking the pill as there was no point (antiobiotics weakened its effectiveness)

Now for the past week or so I have started getting a brownish discharge, it's not just light spotting, sometimes my knickers is ruined, so I have to wear panty liners all the time.
(I started the antiobiotics a month ago, last period was about 3 weeks ago, so it's nothing to do with that)

Has anyone else experienced anything like this? Or know what it might be?

You should talk to your GP about this

Sounds like a period to me, you've stopped taking the pill so it'll take some time for your cycle to return to normal.

You normally wouldn't stop taking it just because you're on anti-biotics. Yes it may not work effectively as contraception but stopping and starting messes up your cycle. Not a big deal really but it can be inconvenient.

You should have spoken to doctor about it first but I'd say have a chat with him now if you're worried.
