App Question - My Bill

    Can someone help me with this.

    I have the MyBill Application and when I log in it just shows Remaining Minutes and Remaining Texts.

    My Remaining Data just displays as 0.0 MB highlighted in Red Text.

    I haven't used my allowance as I only have the phone a couple days.

    Did you check what you have on the O2.ie website, My Bill should only display what there's on the website. But I think you should see the 1gb

    anyone else having any trouble with this app? i downloaded it over weekend - i have correct username and pswd in but still no joy, it wont login. I am using iPhone 3GS.

    The description page says it won't work until you've been through a full bill cycle - my copy isn't working either, but I think it's for this reason so am going to wait & see. Are you a new O2 customer?

    The O2 website shows that I have used 105 Mb and what I have left

    The My Bill App is still showing as 0.0mb remaining

    This could be a bug. v1.1 is on the way and should fix some of these issues.

    It shows data remaining on my Friends My Bill :-(

    When will we have the new version :-)

    It's already been submitted to Apple, so it's up to them to approve it for the App Store.

    The update will be a free download from the App Store. You'll be notified on the day of release when you launch the App Store app, and I'll also make the announcement on my site www.vinnycoyne.com.

    I can't guarantee 100% that the update will fix your specific problem, and if it doesn't work, I'd suggest you open a bug report at the EirText support community (http://getsatisfaction.com/vincent_coyne/products/vincent_coyne_eirtext) and we can go into more specific troubleshooting.

    Slightly OT, but can Speakeasy customers check their data usage on MyBill? I'll be moving to speakeasy soon and would love to use this app.
