problem with sky remote

    got my new sky card 2/7ago, i installed it as instructed . everything was well for 24 hours then the sky remote doesnt operate the sky box anymore; it works the tv ok . red light come on ; on sky remote and the sky box but zilch happens. anybody any ideas how to sort this out?

    have you tried rebooting the box?

    How can I set up the volume control on the Sky remote instead of using the TV remote.
    When installed the chap did it but since then we've changed TV we are using the 2 different remotes.
    Any ideas ??

    Can be done via the sky remote. Can't remeber the exact procedure, but start with "services" and follow your nose.
