Looking for cheap flights to Tokyo in January any suggestions (1 way no stop from LHR if possible)? I have tried JAL and they are looking for £1200 1 way.

    Thanks Lads and Ladies

You're better off waiting until closer to the date. Around about 3 months beforehand or something. The going rate with BA was about 700 sterling eachway but by booking it about 3 months beforehand the last time I went I got it for about 720 euro return. Look out around October or so

Air France from Dublin or Shannon via CDG seem to have plenty of flights for around 725euro for random dates in January.

Paris CDG 2E is very easy to find your way around also.

I recently looked into this, and it seems it is possible to travel to Tokyo as a courier with BA. I think you would have to pay about 300 pounds to fly with them. You would also have to bring some documents for them since they hire you as a courier for this one trip.
