    I’m just looking for some information on Naas running club, how big, Coaches, is it well run, age groups (adults or just kids), training times, and does it cater for Marathon training etc.

    some details here - http://homepage.eircom.net/~naasac/ very well organised and friendly club - contact one of the guys on the contact list and I'm sure they will fill you in
