Erectile disfunction out of nowhere

I'm 26 and I've never in my life had anything resembling a problem with my penis. I have no problem getting an erection or masturbating but for some reason today I slept with this girl for the first time and it just died a few seconds in. the girl is unbelievably hot and really nice. the only thing I can think is my past few experiences havent exactly been amazing.
the last girl was very unattractive and was kind of a drunken mistake, though she kept calling me expecting something and I wasn't interested so I felt like a ****. the girl before was fine till the next morning where she proceeded to ball her eyes out cos she'd just broken up with her boyfriend and hadn't wanted to do anything (a fact she kept quite the whole night and there was no issue till the next morning) and the last girlfriend I had kinda went a bit psycho on me and would engage me in arguments for hours at a time where she made me feel like a horrible person and that I was sick and depraved.
it really freaked me out cos normally I'm able to stay up grand and go a few times but today it was litteraly like a few seconds then if it got up again it was the same, I eventually finished but it took awhile
I don't think it's a physical thing cos I'm in very good health, but has anyone had anything like this happen to em before? like a psychological reason.
there may have also been the circumstances in which I got with the girl. she's a friend I met in the pub and her and her boyfriend have an open relationship and the weird thing is it's the first time I've had sex sober with someone I wasn't going out with in a long time. it kinda threw me a bit cos she kinda just headed over and we went at it. it was weird almost clinical

you aint the first, happens a bit to be honest just no one admits it.
I had the same prob before with the hot chick, freaked me out bigtime so for the following week i gave up smoking and starting eating a shed load of fruit and stuff...

Nailed her the week after, happy days..

I wouldn't worry about it, happens to the best of us.:D
Id be 90% sure this is a non physical problem. Next time id recommend the two of you go out for a few drinks before hand so you are both nice and relaxed when you get in the sack. Once you break your duck with this new girl things should be fine from then on. Mind you, don't get too pissed or your back to square one again.

thats the weird thing, this was the first time I'd had sex WITHOUT being drunk. I think it was a nerves thing, my ex really got some weird **** into my head. hopefully it goes away hahaha.
