Should I ask him out?

I've been on an internet dating site for a few months and getting on well with a man from there. We've been chatting well and he comes across as a nice guy. We've exchanged numbers and talked about meeting up a few times but hasn'e happened to due work reasons for both of us. He works a night shift and works some weekends. So I'm free he's not and when he is, I'm not. I think the boat that boat has sailed now.

I've been given two tickets for a concert in a few weeks times and just wondering should I ask him out. I'm thinking travelling might be a problem for him. Although we live in the same county he is some distant away. If he agrees to going out, he'll probably drive, which mean he can't have a few drinks. But he drives and decides to have some drinks, he'd have to leave his car and get a taxi home. Which means (for him) another trip to get his car. Would that be too much trouble for a date? Or will I ask haim out and let him worry about his own travel arrangements.

I would ask him out if I was in that situation. The worst thing he can say is no. What have you got to lose?
