    I see on the forums, people mention €70 per sq ft, how much of that is labour and how much is actual materials?

    Up till this year Id estimate the breakdown at roughly 60% - 70% labour and 30% - 40% materials depending on location.

    I think you'd find there wouldn't be much of a difference nowadays.

    55 labour 45 materials I would estimate as well.
