I cancelled my UPC about 3 mths ago and went with SKY, When I was with UPC I had a PVR box and multi room I have contacted UPC several times asking them when they are going to collect them (The boxes) and they keep saying they will have someone call out! Has anyone else experienced this that they are not reluctant to take back there own equipment?

Maybe it's a case they think you are going to come back to them thus letting you keep there equipment?

Send them a bill charging them for storage.
