Repeats?

    It depends on the module, lab modules can't be repeated in August(and they're 100% CA) afaik. Tell your friend to talk to their lecturer or their programme head.

    Oh, it's the Team Dynamics module as part of CS1/MMA1 forgot to mention.

    not too familiar with the CS/MMA courses, your best bet though is to ask the lecturer/programme head about it.

    (or wait for a CS/MMA student on boards to explain it!:p

    When did he say this? I was in that class, most of the time, and I never remember him saying this. It doesn't sound like Daren. I'm open to correction but I never remember him saying this.

    Mind you if he did say this it could be down to the fact that all the work is group based. Did his/her Team fail as well or just your friend?

    Best advice is to email Declan Tuite, the Module Coordinator.....he will let you know for sure, and Module Coordinators will be checking their email quite often over the next few days and will get back to you pronto.
