Does Eircom actually charge if you exceed DL limit?

I am thinking of getting 7MB broadband from Eircom but they have a 50GB Download limit. If I exceed this do they actually charge? I have ICE at the moment with no DL.

I have absolutely smashed my DL limit with eircom several times and have never got a bill for it. Nor have they called me to ask wtf am i doing.

Several months i have pulled down well over 100gb.
