    Hows it going, been having problems with my hamstring/glutes lately only to find out last night its my hip thats affecting them. The physio gave me a rub on them last night and there are severly knotted up. I had to get her to stop half-way through as the pain was something else. I was told i need to strengthen my back and hip by doin pilates but to be honest i havent the time to go to classes at the moment. Does anyone know of any exercises that i can do to stretch/stregthen my hip/lower back. Thanks!
