Tying up the beard

So, the "goatee" part of my beard is starting to get bushy, so I'm going to tie it up, as opposed to trimming it. But I don't know where to get the things to tie it up. Basically, want to change the beard from the bushy bit on the left, to somethng neater, like on the right. Do any of ye have any ideas?

Kharn has his beard like that,... I think he just plaits it or something. Not sure. He'll probably kill me for saying he plaits it. :pac:

i would go for another style -there is one, kind of goatee but short.more acceptable if you work with customers,etc...
