Hi all just a quick one im looking at trek bikes and confused regarding sizing. I am 5 11" with a inside leg of 32

On the trek site i am a 56 / 58 but the seat tube sizes on the trek is 56 =53.5cm and 58=55.3 cm im really confused

I think i am a 58 but any advice would be great

    a 58 might be a bit big for you. I'm 6'3" and ride a 58. 56 sounds better.

Anyone else out there riding a 56? What height are yis?

go with the 56 as u have almost the same measurements as me and im a 56 on the treks ive cycled 58 treks and they were a bit too big

I am 5' 11 and ride a 56cm. I suppose it depends on your build as well, the trek i have has a 56.2 cm top tube, which is actually a little too long for me, i have changed to a 90mm stem to make the reach more reachable (?). My inseam is 33 " though so I am showing quite a bit of seatpost.
The 58cm would probably have you very stretched out.
