right so me and my girlfriend are both on the job seekers benefit. we both live in 3 bedroom house's . my parents house has 8 of us living in it . 4 lads in one bedroom , parents in another room and my sister and her baby in another room. my girlfriend stays in a room with 5 of her sisters and her brothers in another room…

right so me and my girlfriend are both on the job seekers benefit. we both live in 3 bedroom house's . my parents house has 8 of us living in it . 4 lads in one bedroom , parents in another room and my sister and her baby in another room. my girlfriend stays in a room with 5 of her sisters and her brothers in another room and her parents in the other room. so the both of us were thinking about moving out . we both have been looking at apartments and hope to move in with each other . we are wondering what does it take to get the rent allowance and what do we need to apply for this . anyone kno how long the means test takes ?
