    Hi Everyone,

This is one of my poems. Just wanted to know what people think of it. I have other poems and most of them are sad ones to be honest. Its called "Will of God".

    The Will of God

Cracks scattered, life shattered on the broken terrain
Dying whispers of joy washed away by the rain
Trees once strong now lie snapped by the earth
Like a limp mother's body moments after birth

Voices were calmed with the coming of cloud
Lives broken in half, lips move with no sound
Young faces watch on, some living, some dead
All craving sleep with skin soaked in deep red

Blood dripping, eyes open, thick scars, hope lost
Raptures blow like flames glow through pain while most
Let clearest tears slip down from their guiltless eyes
Watching on while lips shiver and empty hearts cry

Lives fade out like fires that die into black
Broken hearts crave to turn times stiff fingers back
Souls spill across pavements and dry like molasses
In which footprints are formed as the devil trespasses

As I reach for the switch hot tears drip from my chin
Knowing the young lying dead did not lead lives of sin,
My eyes are wide open, fixed to the blank screen
Wondering what God's newest message could mean
