Well the bbb handlebar i was looking at is carbon and alloy,no reviews of bbb products on the web. This product tapers from the centre of the bar it looks a bit strange.Never seen that before wonder why it does that.

Are they the ones I put on a bike I built up on the cheap to get my brother into cycling recently... (check the bottom picture)

If so, they are as they appear, aluminium bars wrapped in carbon, not super light, not super heavy really either. Quite comfortable and pretty good looking too. They will do the job for you. For less money though I would go for the Pro PLT bars, more boring looking for sure but lighter and I like the shape.

I reckon the taper is just about looks (nothing wrong with that either, you spend big money on your pride and joy so you want it looking its Sunday best), but it has to be said its pretty comfortable sitting on the tops riding up a hill, I imagine they would be more comfy on a long climb (I base that on a set of Carbon Wing bars I had... still have in a drawer somewhere for that matter, that I used in the Alps, they were pretty comfy on the long climbs) Probably more aero too, but that would not make a real world difference.

Mad, she looks quite nice. You should put that on adverts, you'd make some profit on it:D
