The weather today dwn south is grey, dull, overcast, oppressive, could neary touch the sky its so low...

Anyhow..suffer from anxiety attacks and am noticing they are worse when the weather is like this?!

Was walking around town today and kept getting that 'think im going to fall' feeling and was very uncomfortable..

Now i have suffered from anxiety all my life and know very well how t handle panic/anxiety attacks..but they are defo more prominant in gey weather - first sign of madness?

    Any thoughts?

"First sign of madness?" - I doubt it. Lots of people feel low in dull weather (look up SAD) and close, humid weather annoys others.

Have you spoken to your GP about these attacks.

Yeah am on meds all the time - anti depressants...mild one to keep anxiety and depression at bay...

Might invest in one of those lamps - they are so expensive though..will see...
