I have completed my apprenticeship but due to various ''clerical errors'' and such within the company I have not yet recieved my papers , 4 weeks ago I was put on Temporary Lay Off which was extended for a further 4 weeks on monday . Today I have been offered a well paid job which i can start almost immediately My dillema is
am I entitled to redundancy ? Or because I was recieving training over the past 5 and a half years am I not entitled . I just want to know for sure before I make any decision .
    Regards
    Kevin
