    Move this if necessary Mod.
A while back i copied a page of pics from a website by selecting all, saving as and they came up as individual pictures on my memory stick when i opened it so i could save the pictures i wanted.(hope this is making sense :o)
there are pics on the same site today that i want to save and i'm doing the same as i did but the pictures are saving as a whole webpage on my memory stick and won't open individually. any suggestions why?
    thanks :o

If you just want the pictures, right click on them and select save as.

if only it was that simple, i'd have them done no bother! :o
when you right click a comment comes up from the person who took the pictures saying that they can't be copied.
they're pictures from an event and i am in them that's the reason i want to copy them.

What about a screen grab programme such as Zap Grab (link)?

What system have you? I can get around this with XP as when you hover the mouse over the picture, I think theres two icons come up for save and print or something, and click the save and it lets you do it

Downthemall is on, you can choose to download all items on the page or filter down to particular types/names etc.

Usually disabling JavaScript works at defeating most anti right click scripts, if the web developer is smart though they may only allow users access the pictures if they have javascript enabled, you could try using Firefox and clicking Tools>Page info>Media and manually going through all images to find the image,

    Hope this helps

Have you tried the same process using keyboard shortcuts? I.e. Select the image that you want then use key combo /Cntrlr+C / (this should copy the image to clipboard. Open image editing program (I use photoshop) then / Goto Edit / Paste. This has worked for me as a workaround on the disabling of the right click thing.
