Half of fridge not cooling, why?

02-07-2009 9:04am#1I just moved house and the new place has a Zanussi built in fridge/freezer.
The freezer part is working fine and the top half of the fridge is cooling fine but the lower half of the fridge is not.
Does anyone know what the likely problem is? I don't want to go to the expense of calling out a service guy just to have him tell me it's junk!
