Bats are on the move - new free phone number launched

    According to today's Irish Times, there's a new hotline for people affected by bats, a protected species. At this time of year, the females tend to move into peoples homes and attics, looking for a place to breed, for a few months.

    Bats are more closely related to humans than mice, are not vermin and eat a considerable quantity of insects.
