Picture & sound stuttering on UTV & ITV1-4

For the past few days, programs on UTV, ITV1-4 have been freezing/stuttering. Other channels are fine. Could this be due to: a) Receiver? (TM6900CS+) b) Cabling? (new) c) Other?

I get this on my TV. only seems to happen on the likes of Channel 4, ITV,E4 - gives a pixelated look and shuddering like you mentioned.
I found out its because of the cordless phone beside the TV,
(our Phone wall socket is in the same corner as the TV points)
Hasn't just started recently has always been there.
