Good Citizen's Advice bureau?

    A friend who's just become unemployed after nearly 20 years of work experience as a professional has been trekking around from one Citizen's Advice bureau to another, and says the staff don't seem to know the answers to fairly basic questions.

    Is there one in Dublin where the staff are real hotshots?

    from my own experiences with citizen advice bureau's you will get better info on boards.if your mate starts a thread here he will be given plenty of good advice and answers.
