Online flight email intinery help plz!!!

    I booked flights with aer lingus yesterday afternoon,

    I have a print out of the booking confirmation but i still have not recieved any email confrimation and itinery

    these usually come out straight away dont they??

    What could be the problem??

    Does this mean that im not properly booked on the flighs?

    Im panicing i have a whole holiday package, car hire, villa rented the works all booked now

    Am i just worrying too much??

    Does it take this long sometimes for them to be emailed out to people

    There could be any number of factors: incorrectly entered e-mail address, spam filter blocking it, problems with their mail servers, god only knows.

    The only way to be certain is to contact their customer service dept. quoting your confirmation reference from what you printed off.

    can you not view the iterinary online on aerlingus website using the confirmation printout. it should have your booking reference

    Hi yea i have the booking reference and proof of booking but your ticket is the email that they send you after you have booked and i have normally recieved this almost immediately...

    its been 4 days and still no email i think i am going to have to contact customer care and see what the story is

    Don't need to ring.

    Go to aerlingus.com, Manage My Booking, and view interary. If it comes up there, the booking was successful. You can print the screen if you really want, but it's not the paper that is important but the 6 digit code (PNR).
