Anyone know where in Dublin(preferably) I can buy enemas? - preferably disposable but I would consider the other kind too.
    Thanks
Hope this is the right place to post this- I couldnt find a health forum besides the men's one.

I suggest you speak to a pharmicst, they will be able to advise you.

I asked a pharmacist this morning and he told me first, that they are only available on prescription(unlikely surely?) and then said he has never seen them in Ireland. They are available in US on shelves and are very cheap.

Certain types are perscriptiom only and are medicanal as they contain steriods.
Ireland does not have the same 'culture' of Enemas as the usa does and yes they tend to be preceiption only.

IF you are looking for Enemas for non medicanal personal use then you are going to have to either get them online or try some of the adult shops.

Thanks for the replies. I think I will just stock up in US- there is no way I\'m getting them in an adult shop ha ha. They are for health reasons -I'll ask my doc next time I'm in.

If you are doing that you may want to ask your dr about a cover letter explaining they are for medicla reasons, so you don't have any issues with customs.

If it is the non chemical ones I would try calling some of the medical supply shops.

I think there is a place called Fainn (sp) Healthcare Supplies in Dublin. Domestic customers can buy from there too.
