Apologies if this has already been mentioned before but I came across this while I was on the William Hill site.

All I had to do was set up an account, no deposit nor credit card details were required. Just signed up and there was €30 in my account straight away so i'm happy anyway.

There are T & C's involved with withdrawing. You have to deposit and play x amount before you withdraw and some games are exempt from the bonus. I clicked on the T & C's but it wouldnt work for me but I think Blackjack is exempt. Just got my bonus there and ran it up to $340 playing Blackjack. As I wasnt goin depositing anything I was just goofing around so i put the lot on odd in Roulette and it landed on 0.

How did you go about this with the minimum betting requirements?

    Lovely a nice free €330. :D

Player24: hi again Camille. I'm sure I've wagered around €6,000 which would enable me to withdraw €300 with the bonus. I'm just waiting on the email confirmation.
Player24: if i get this confirmation do I just have to deposit €40 and then i can withdraw it straight away?
operator112: Camille: Yes. You have already met the wagering requirements.
    Player24: that's great.
operator112: Camille: All you need to do is deposit €40 or more.
operator112: Camille: You can cash out €300 + €30(your free bonus) along with your initial deposit.

I got it up to €200 playing blackjack, roullette and the holdem poker thing. Then just went onto the slots and got lucky as you have to obviously do with slots. Won €1k on one of the slots and from there it was just a case of playing until I met the requirements. Have €620 atm but obviously can only withdraw the €330 which I'm more than happy to do. :)

tut tut. William Hill Casino don't process withdrawals for 4 days. You have the option to reverse the withdrawal during that time. They obviously know what they're doing that's ridiculous. Fair enough if someone can't hold out for 24 hours let him lose the lot but I'll have to wait until Tuesday before they'll even process the withdrawal and then probably the following week before I get it. I wouldn't be signing up with them for real money.

330 easy euros? Well worth the few days wait!

Got up to about a hundred playing blackjack before I realised it didn't count towards the requirement so just spunked it away - not like it was my money

I'm more than happy to wait for free money but I'm just talking about the site in general. 4 days to process a withdrawal is by far the longest I've seen and I've been on dozens of casino sites. They do it because an awful lot of people will give into temptation and reverse the withdrawal but once they're money is gone I can't see many going back.

just checked back in now on the thread , mucked around, got to 100.01 , was not aware of any min bet requirments, just threw in my swift and iban and got an email saying I had successfully withdrew had a transaction code and all that as well, no further emails from them.

They don't have anything automated that checks if you have met the wagering requirements so they'll check it themselves before processing the withdrawal.

Some people here are saying that they played blackjack and it helped towards withdrawing money whereas others are saying that it's not included in the offer??

How much do you have to stake? I started playing some blackjack and am at the €50 mark after staking roughly €100...

  • Closed Accounts Posts: 14,013 ✭✭✭✭eirebhoy

Wagering requirements for slots is 20 times your withdrawal amount.
Wagering requirements for blackjack and roulette is 100 times.

  • Closed Accounts Posts: 864 ✭✭✭Aedh Baclamh

So, if playing blackjack, you can withdraw as little as €100 if you stake €10000 in total? Or is there a minimum you can withdraw?

Blackjack is probably a waste of a lot of time though :D

Yep. I had to stake €6k to withdraw €300. The T&C are here:
    http://www.williamhillcasino.com/download.htm#free_1*FREE

To check how much you've wagered go into the accounts screen and then I think there's a Promotions button. It will tell you how many points you have. 1 point = €10 wagered. I had to get to 600 points to withdraw €300.

Player21: i set up a new account and received the E30 no deposit bonus. I would like to confirm some details of the offer. operator112: Camille: Welcome back to William Hill Casino Club. I am Camille, your Online Support Representative. Player21: Does this offer expire on 15th August? operator112: Camille: This offer will expire at midnight this coming July 15, Keith. Player21: what happens to any money in the account after this date? Player21: assuming no deposit made operator112: Camille: I am sorry for the misinformation. operator112: Camille: There has been an update. operator112: Camille: The bonus will expire on August 15, 2009. Player21: if i were to play single player blackjack only i have to wager 5 times as much as if i were to play other games in order to be able to withdraw this bonus, correct? operator112: Camille: Yes. You need to wager €600 x 5 on "Black Jack". Player21: with a minimum of 50 hands played? operator112: Camille: That would be the number of times you placed your bet. Player21: yes operator112: Camille: After meeting the wagering requirements, you need to deposit €40 or more. Player21: with regard to the amount that can be withdrawn after 15th August I have to wager 20 times the bonus amount (100 times the bonus amount if playing only blackjack). Player21: If on 16th August there is E200 in the account do I need to wager 100 times the original E30 bonus or 100 times the balance of the account in order to withdraw the full E200? operator112: Camille: Yes. If you will be unable to meet the wagering requirements after August 15 your winnings will be void. operator112: Camille: You can withdraw a maximum of €300 from the free bonus. Player21: do i have to deposit E40 before the 15 august in order to keep any winning or can i do this after 15th August? operator112: Camille: Just to be safe, you need to meet the wagering requirements and deposit before the said date. Player21: Assuming there is E300 in the account and I want to withdraw this and I have deposited E40 do I have to wager E30x100 or is it E300x100? operator112: Camille: Once you make your deposit, there is no need for you to wager any further. operator112: Camille: But if you bet again after depositing and received another bonus, you will need to fulfill another set of wagering requirements. operator112: Camille: That is why, when you met the wagering requirements of your free bonus, you just need to deposit then withdraw afterwards. Player21: in order to meet the min requirements for withdrawal i have to wager a minimum amount. Assuming I have E300 in the account and only play blackjack what is the total amount I must wager to withdraw the E300? I am only asking about this E30 free deposit off operator112: Camille: No problem. operator112: Camille: If you bet on Black Jack only, your total wagers need to be €3000. Player21: final check... in order to withdraw E300 from this offer I need to play at least 50 hands of blackjack, wager a minimum of E3000 and deposit E40? operator112: Camille: That is correct. Player21: thanks camille operator112: Camille: You can also withdraw your bonus and initial deposit after fulfilling the wagering requirements. operator112: Camille: It is my pleasure to assist you. operator112: Camille: Is there anything else I can do for you? Player21: thats all thanks operator112: Camille: If you have any concerns, feel free to click on the "Online Support" icon located in the lobby. We are available 24/7. May you have a great day.

they do have an automated thing to check total amount wagered... go to cashier and click on comps and each point you have is equal to E10.

I played bj for 30 mins there after signing up and my balance is now E50 and i have wagered E480 and have played at least 50 hands.

this is a pretty good offer so long as you cover yourself and make sure you follow all the requirements to a tee.

Just deposit 40 and withdraw what you're eligible for plus the 40 you deposited.

  • Closed Accounts Posts: 417 ✭✭Verbal_Kint

if you only played blackjack you have to meet a higher requirement (total amount wagered).

The max you can withdraw is £300 and for this you need to have wagered a total of £30,000 (or 3000 points) if playing blackjack (lower requirement for playing slots ect). Then deposit E40 of your own money and the following day withdraw everything and laugh your arse off that the casino was taken with no risk. I lost the E30 and uninstalled the software.

In a nutshell whatever you want to withdraw up to £300 you must have wagered 100 times that amount which is the same as 10 times the amount in points. If you have £300 in the account and 2000 points the max you can withdraw is £200.

If you look in the software there is a link for 'live help'. Just repeat what was said here and they will cave. the deadline is 15th August and they will try to put you off until then if you allow them so hound them with emails and keep demanding an answer from live help.

if you look at the conversation i pasted above the girl said £3000 to withdraw £300 but the website terms and conditions say it has to be 100x or £30,000.

600 points will allow you to withdraw the maximum bonus of €300. Definitely. It's 20x, not 100x. 10 points = €100 wagers on slots OR €500 wagered on blackjack/roulette.

  • Closed Accounts Posts: 417 ✭✭Verbal_Kint

everybody here seems to be playing blackjack as you wont get any money/meet wagering requirements playing roulette or slots before you go broke so for all intensive purposes...

you must wager 100 times whatever you want to withdraw

this equals: (whatever amount you want to withdraw up to E300) x 10 = number of comp points required to make the withdrawal.

    cant be made simpler...

to withdraw E100 you must wager E10,000 which can be represented by 1000 comp points*.

number of comp points accumulated can be found in cashier/comp points.

    *playing blackjack only.

good luck and remember you must have made the deposit before 15 August to claim your winning.

If you bet after you make your deposit there are extra requirements to fulfill so as soon as you make your deposit do not place any bets, withdraw your money. There is something about a 7 days period to withdraw your money so

wager 100 times your withdrawal amount (10 times your withdrawal amount in comp points), deposit E40, dont place any more bets, withdraw your money within 7 days, Enjoy!

This is very hard to get my point across. :)

Wagering €1k on slots will give you 100 comp points.
Wagering €1k on blackjack will give you 20 comp points.

Once you have 600 comp points you can get the max bonus of €300 + €30.

    ..... so E30,000 on blackjack for E300+30

I feel it was all worth it now:)

  • Closed Accounts Posts: 14,013 ✭✭✭✭eirebhoy

You're the one who's only considering blackjack. :D

To win the €300 you'll need a bit of luck on the slots.

so whats the best game to play with the bonus?

Any sites I've had a bonus for in past I've used on blackjack and withdrawn some profit short time after.

Also - anyone know if you transfer into a WH sports account(either before or after you get enough points)?
