Places to find friends in Limerick?

living in limerick recently been quiet lonely having to depend on my boyfriend constantly. I am a female quiet shy enough 18 years of age and want to find new friends as I am abit friendless so if anyone could suggest any places or clubs to join with people my age thanks.:confused:

I know you are probably looking for something now but when they open up again you could get involved with some of the clubs and societies in UL or LIT. Theres no need to be a student in the colleges themselves for most of the clubs, and they welcome new members every year so you won't be the only one! Theres a huge variety to choose from and they're guarenteed craic and you'll meet some great people!

Join a gym, or tag rugby or some sort of sporting organisation... you'll meet people that way

How about joining a voluntary first aid organization?

You will meet new people, learn skills, and boost your outgoing confidence when you get to talk to people at events.

I live in Limerick too. There is a canoe club looking for people to join up for the coming season. They meet Thursday nights. I just saw it on the paper and I was thinking of going. Might be worth a look.

I recommend Tag Ruby..mix of girls/boys and a great way to make new friends.
However it's already started but the pig n porter competition is on July 17-18th
and are great days out.
